Terms of Use
This document is a legally binding contract between you and Solugital LLC. By using the PeepsFit platform, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms below.
1. Company Identification
The PeepsFit platform is operated by Solugital LLC, headquartered at 9169 W State St #1834, Garden City, ID 83714, United States. For legal contacts: [email protected].
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using any feature of PeepsFit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or platform notification with a minimum of 15 days advance notice.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform;
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
- Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any PeepsFit feature.
4. Account Creation
To access full features, you must create an account providing truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. By creating your account, you agree to:
- Not impersonate another person or entity;
- Not create automated accounts (bots);
- Keep your password confidential and not share it;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain intellectual property of the content you publish. By publishing on PeepsFit, you grant Solugital LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and promote your content within the Platform. All content developed by PeepsFit — logo, design, texts, software — is the exclusive property of Solugital LLC.
6. Absolute Prohibition of Adult Content
PeepsFit is an exclusively fitness, health and wellness platform. Publishing any adult, sexual, pornographic or explicit content will result in permanent and immediate account ban, without prior notice and with possible reporting to competent authorities. Amounts linked to that violation may be withheld, as permitted by law.
7. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by secure partners (Stripe or similar). PeepsFit does not store complete credit card data. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize recurring charges for the contracted period. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. If an account is suspended or banned for violating these Terms, amounts linked to that violation may be withheld, as permitted by law.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Solugital LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at any time, without prior notice, for publishing adult content, violating these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or providing false information.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Solugital LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for indirect losses, content published by third parties, health or fitness results from Creator content, or technical failures due to force majeure.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
