⚠️ Please read carefully: This document is a legally binding contract between you and Solugital LLC. By using the PeepsFit platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.

1. Company Identification

The PeepsFit platform is operated by Solugital LLC, headquartered at 9169 W State St #1834, Garden City, ID 83714, United States. For legal inquiries: [email protected].

Platform

The website peeps.fit and all its subdomains, applications, and associated services.

User

Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a visitor, subscriber, or Creator.

Creator

A registered User who publishes fitness content and may monetize it through the Platform.

Subscriber

A User who pays to access exclusive content from one or more Creators.

Content

Texts, videos, photos, audio, workout plans, diets, and any material published on the Platform.

Paid Services

Subscriptions, premium content, or other features that require payment.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any functionality of PeepsFit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification with a minimum of 15 days' notice. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.

4. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform;

  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;

  • You must not be prohibited from using our services by applicable law;

  • Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any functionality of PeepsFit.

5. Account Creation

To access full functionality, you must create an account providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information. By creating your account, you agree to:

  • Not impersonate any other person or entity;

  • Not create automated accounts (bots);

  • Keep your password confidential and not share it;

  • Not transfer your account to third parties;

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account: [email protected].

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

You retain intellectual property ownership of the content you publish. By posting on PeepsFit, you grant Solugital LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

6.2 Platform Content

All content developed by PeepsFit — including logo, design, texts, software, and features — is the exclusive property of Solugital LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content you publish. PeepsFit does not pre-edit content but reserves the right to remove any material that violates these Terms.

7. Absolute Prohibition of Adult Content

🔞 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: PeepsFit is a platform exclusively for fitness, health, and wellness. The publication of any adult, sexual, pornographic, or explicit content will result in permanent and immediate banning of the account, without prior notice, without refund of paid amounts, and with possible reporting to competent authorities.

The following are considered prohibited adult content, including but not limited to:

  • Images, videos, or texts with full or partial nudity of a sexual nature;

  • Suggestive, erotic, or sexual content, even if implicit;

  • Material that implies or induces sexual activity;

  • Content that fetishizes or sexualizes the human body, even in a training context;

  • Links, references, or redirects to adult content platforms.

8. Paid Services and Subscriptions

8.1 Payments

Payments are processed by secure partners (Stripe or similar). PeepsFit does not store complete credit card data.

8.2 Recurring Subscriptions

By subscribing to a plan, you authorize recurring charges for the contracted period. You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are analyzed on a case-by-case basis. Accounts suspended or banned for violating the Terms are not entitled to refunds.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Solugital LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at any time, without prior notice, for:

  • Publication of adult content (immediate and permanent ban);

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms;

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior;

  • Providing false information during registration;

  • Any action that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Solugital LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use;

  • Content published by third parties (Creators and users);

  • Health or fitness results arising from content published by Creators;

  • Technical failures, interruptions, or data loss due to force majeure.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States. For users in Brazil, the provisions of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and LGPD also apply where applicable. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through mediation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Garden City, Idaho.
